The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve is a premium single-malt Scotch whisky crafted to be paired specifically with a fine cigar. This whisky is created using a unique blend of aged single malt whiskies, carefully selected by the Master Distiller at the Dalmore Distillery in Scotch Whiskey. The Cigar Malt Reserve is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, and premier cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques from Bordeaux. This maturation process imbues the whisky with a complex and rich flavor profile, characterized by notes of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and sweet spices. The whisky is presented in a dark bottle with a red wax seal and is bottled at 44% ABV. This higher alcohol content helps to enhance the flavor and aroma when paired with a cigar, making it a perfect companion for cigar aficionados.
